Finial Results Of The Project
We designed the proof of concept (POC) experience for ActiveLens, an AI-powered assistant for modern business collaboration. The platform is designed to automatically extract, preview, and execute action items from emails, meetings, and chat threads using deep integration with tools like Gmail, Slack, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
Project Goal:
To visualize and validate a seed-round concept through a working POC that demonstrates AI automation with human oversight in professional workflows.
What we designed:
- A clean, intuitive dashboard for system performance and platform statistics across channels like Zoom, VoIP, Email, Slack, etc.
- The “Magic Preview” Wizard UI that shows users a step-by-step preview of what the AI will do (e.g., create calendar invites, reply to emails, assign tasks).
- A seamless login and onboarding flow for early testers and investors.
- A realistic environment showing the preview inside a simulated business collaboration tool to hint at future product scale.
- Visual consistency with soft gradients, smart UI cards, and real-time performance metrics (accuracy, success rate, action rate).
- Designed for full-screen immersive experiences with modals that simulate future production integration.
The result is a sleek, compelling POC that clearly communicates ActiveLens’s potential to automate tedious tasks while keeping the user fully in control — bridging the gap between AI and productivity.
