We designed the entire Figma UI/UX for SuperShopy, an AI-powered sales assistant platform built for Shopify merchants. The platform enables store owners to deploy intelligent chatbot “Real Clones” that replicate top-performing salespeople—boosting customer engagement and driving conversions.
What we designed in Figma:
A step-by-step onboarding experience from app installation to chatbot deployment.
- A dynamic AI Seller Gallery, where users browse and preview sellers by avatar, personality, language, and product expertise.
- Full customization flows to adjust the AI's tone, script, knowledge base, and interaction behavior.
- A modular knowledge base management system to upload documents, FAQs, videos, and links.
- Chatbot placement and trigger settings, including advanced controls like exit intent and cart abandonment.
- A detailed, user-friendly dashboard UI with analytics panels, real-time data, and quick actions.
- Pages for settings, billing, and support, built with clean layouts and intuitive navigation.
We focused on creating a modern, branded, and highly intuitive experience that supports both first-time users and power users. The design system is scalable and ready for seamless handoff to developers.
